I just met this weird glitch (or an intentional game system I don't know) that took me 2 days to figure out the solution :
After left Rokania in the Alternate Reality 2, I couldn't use Woo in fights anymore. I couldn't use Attack, Junk, or Item.
At first, I tried unequipping the Madness Gem and the Ribbon that I bought from Rokania and equipped to Woo, but it didn't work so I figured it had nothing to do with these items.
After that, me and my brother tried several ways to fix this, and it turned out that it was the Madness Gem's fault. However, just unequipping it is not enough to fix it. This is the solution :
Unequip the gem, then go to sleep.
I also tried equipping the gem to Yuk Deluxe and the same problem occurred, but also solvable through the same solution. I just wanna leave my message here in case anyone meets the same problem.
Thank you for finding this! It looks like it's a version incompatibility between the original build of the game and the more recent build of the engine. I've updated and uploaded a fixed version that should take care of it going forward, but the issue may remain on your save file.
Hello! You can save from the game's main menu brought up with the Esc. Key/controller button #2. Most maps allow you to save, there are only a couple small areas where it's disabled.

How to save progress on the Win10 version?

I can open the save menu perfectly fine, but my issue is saving data.

CPU: Intel Pentium Gold 6405U
12GB RAM
